Meet the Newest Members of our Honor Guard

During the week of April 20, 2009, the four newest members of our

department's Honor Guard attended a training camp held in

Goshen, Indiana.  The camp's mission is to instill the knowledge and skills

necessary to execute the duties and responsibilities associated

with honor guard detail.  Instruction included basic drill and ceremony,

manual of arms, flag law and etiquette, color guard movement

and funeral protocols.  We are happy to

announce that our department's four representatives

finished 1st in their division during

Parade Day held at the end of the week.
